Connor Froysland is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Callahan Care, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to making a positive impact in the community. A native of Arizona, Connor is deeply committed to building meaningful connections and driving social change. With over 17 years of soccer experience, he brings a strategic and collaborative approach to his leadership. Under his direction, Callahan Care has made significant strides in community outreach and support initiatives. Connor's favorite dish is fettuccine alfredo, a testament to his appreciation for both tradition and comfort.

Antonio Lopez - Director of Operations
Antonio Lopez is a driven, hardworking student at Grand Canyon University, where he is working towards his bachelors degree in Business Analytics. An Arizona native, Antonio possess a diverse skillset including customer service, digital marketing, and website building. Antonio’s idea of a perfect day includes starting with a Bible study and prayer, working with his coworkers and friends, hitting the gym, and concluding with a relaxing night on the couch playing guitar.

Chris Days - Direcotor of Marketing
Chris Days is a dedicated student at Grand Canyon University, majoring in Public Health. He joined GCU in 2024 and holds an associate degree in Respiratory Therapy. Hailing from Las Vegas, Chris has a diverse background in customer service, child care, and volunteering at the Senior Expo, sponsored by NV Energy and Three Square. In his free time, he enjoys reading, gym workouts, exploring new books and cheering for his favorite teams, Georgia Bulldogs and LA Clippers.

Helen Bustos - Event Coordinator
Helen Bustos is the Event Coordinator at Callahan Care, where she plays a key role in organizing events that bring people together and strengthen community connections. She is also a dedicated student at Grand Canyon University, pursuing a degree in Biology with an emphasis in Pre-Pharmaceutical studies. Originally from Southwest Kansas and raised in Texas, Helen’s background has instilled in her both resilience and a strong work ethic. Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, she enjoys reading, crocheting, and cooking, all of which reflect her creativity and love for learning.

Arleth Gastelum - Community Outreach Coordinator
Arleth Gastelum is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Grand Canyon University. Originally from Mexico, she moved to the United States at age 12 and brings a passion for family, community, and personal growth to everything she does. Arleth enjoys exploring new places and discovering unique food and drink experiences with friends. She finds relaxation and creativity in cooking and hopes to expand her skills through formal classes in the future. Known for her outgoing and cheerful personality, she also values moments of quiet reflection, balancing her social energy with time for self-development.

Mike Westerling - Volunteer Coordinator
Mike Westerling is the Volunteer Coordinator at Callahan Care. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Mike now serves his community through leading local volunteers that graciously give their time to further Callahan’s mission. Mike enjoys golfing with friends, volunteering, helping children with special needs, spending time with family, working out, and playing cornhole. Mike’s friendly nature, grit, determination, and leadership skills make him a highly valued and loved member of the team.

Samantha Westerling is the Event Coordinator at Callahan Care. Samantha is all about helping people feel their best by making sure every little detail is taken care of, so they can relax, have fun, and let loose! Family is her heart and soul, and she loves creating opportunities for families to bond and make unforgettable memories together in the most fun and creative ways. Samantha goal is to make every event exciting, comfortable, and full of joy, so everyone can leave with memories that will last a lifetime!
